Privacy Policy

The policy of Tisch Investment Advisory Incorporated (TIAI) is to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of any non-public personal information of our clients and prospective clients and to prevent unauthorized access to, or the use or disclosure of such information.

Appropriate notices will be provided to prospective and existing clients concerning our policies and procedures regarding the privacy rules. The notices will also include information about a client's right and the means to opt-out of the disclosure of non-public personal information to non-affiliated third parties.

We do not sell, exchange, trade or otherwise make available to any outside or third party company* any personal information regarding our clients.
Any party that we deal with for the express purpose of administering the management of your account has been deemed (by us) to possess privacy policies necessary to protect any information supplied by us regarding our clients.
We will advise both at the time a relationship is established and on an annual basis (for existing clients) our policies regarding personal information and the sharing thereof.
We will notify each client of the right and means to opt-out of such information sharing practices if desired.

*Except those required for the administration of management of our client accounts such as Charles Schwab, etc.
